Pho Hung Vietnamese Cuisine

Pho Hung is a busy little Vietnamese place situated in Sunnybank Market Square. This place is always packed with people during lunch time on weekends.

I've been here several times already, always going back for the yummy pho. The food is always tasty and fresh with large servings at very affordable prices. Being such a small restaurant, they try to fit as many tables as possible in the limited space. Each table is only about 50cm apart!

There are chopsticks, spoons, tissue and an assortment of sauces (chilli paste, chilli oil, soy sauce etc) placed at each table. If there are two of you on a small table, then all these things pretty much take up one third of the table, leaving limited table space for the food.

The menu has a wide selection of pho (special, combination, beef, chicken and pork), rice vermicelli salads, rice dishes, rice paper rolls and assorted main dishes as well.  The pho comes in small, medium and large (where the large is humungous!)   I normally just order the small size and that is plenty for me.

There isn't much 'service' noticeable at this place, but the food is definitely worth going back for.

There's no website for this eatery, but below is the address for you.

  1. Thank you for your comment! Glad that you found my blog informative! I attempt to write as much detail as possible (I pretty much mention the things that I would like to know about a restaurant if I was reading someone else's blog)
