Fast Wok

 Fast Wok is a Chinese/Malaysian casual dining place, open for lunch and dinner. It's located within a little shopping complex, amongst some other restaurants (Indian, Thai, Japanese & Jamroc Jerk Chicken). Most of the tables are outside, with only 2-3 tables inside. So it is quite cold if you go to eat during winter, especially at night time. Don't expect too much with the decor, all the tables and chairs are plastic and it's very very casual. But the food is nice! Good place to go for a cheap and tasty lunch or dinner.

I have been to Fast Wok many times already, for both lunch and dinner. During lunch time, they have many lunch specials which are quite good value. The servings are generally quite large, I can never finish it! The lunch menu consists mainly of noodles (in soup or stirfry) and rice dishes (eg. fried rice, steamed rice with a meat dish). Dinner is a bit different. You can still order the rice and noodle dishes, OR you can order several meat/veggie dishes and share with everyone.

During lunch time, there is also a small section with hot entrees that you can pick and choose from (spring rolls, curry puffs, dim sims etc).

Most of the food was strong flavoured, but this is typical of Malaysian style cuisine in my opinion. If you ever go, do try the Hainan Chicken Rice and the Laksa, both are very nice! Their Curry Chicken with Roti is also very good too!

Fast Wok is definitely a regular dining option for me.
